Job Summary:

Caremark Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care Assistants within a defined area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers.
  • Carry out risk assessments and update them as required.
  • Ensure all customer visits are covered.
  • Liaise closely with Care Coordinators regarding recruitment and allocation of Care Assistants.
  • Identify suitable Care Assistants to cover absences and allocate alternative Care Assistants when needed.
  • Facilitate the practical induction of new Care Assistants.
  • Provide and facilitate in-field training as necessary.
  • Monitor, supervise, and mentor all Care Assistants in the field.
  • Provide support to all Care Assistants in the field.
  • Monitor customers for service and Care Assistant satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in customer homes.
  • Encourage and identify opportunities for Care Assistants' continuing professional development.
  • Ensure all written reports and administration are up to date.
  • Maintain close liaison with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
  • Driver compulsory.
  • Willingness to work two weekends per month, including Saturday and Sunday.
