About the Role

Fitch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Administrator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Master Data Management squad, you will play a critical role in improving data quality, increasing automation, and eliminating legacy master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and master customer data in Salesforce based on 3rd-party data sources.
  • Set up, merge, and de-duplicate records against agreed SLA deadlines.
  • Maintain defined governance standards in accordance with Salesforce data governance policy.
  • Work with the Team Supervisor to ensure data validation for key data domains across Master Data Management.
  • Identify continuous improvements to support data processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and coverage levels are adhered to.
  • Support the development of data definition standards in collaboration with MDM team specialists.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of third-party CRM systems (Salesforce) is essential.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and ability to manipulate large datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related field.
