About the Role

Fitch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Administrator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Master Data Management (MDM) squad, you will play a critical role in improving data quality, increasing automation, and eliminating legacy master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and master customer data in Salesforce based on 3rd-party data sources (Factset, Dun & Bradstreet, GLEIF)
  • Set up, merge, and de-duplicate records against agreed SLA deadlines
  • Maintain defined governance standards in accordance with Salesforce data governance policy
  • Work with Team Supervisor to ensure data validation for key data domains across Master Data Management
  • Identify continuous improvements to support data processes and procedures
  • Ensure data accuracy and coverage levels are adhered to
  • Support development of data definition standards in collaboration with MDM team specialists
Requirements
  • Knowledge of third-party CRM system (Salesforce) is essential
  • Knowledge of Legal Entity and/or Security data desirable
  • Strong Excel knowledge essential and ability to manipulate large datasets
  • Basic knowledge of databases and how they work highly desirable
  • Prior experience of working with a Master Data Management tool (Informatica) as a user is highly desired
  • Salesforce administration experience highly desirable
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Must be able to communicate in fluent English
