Care Assistant Role at Oaklands House

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Oaklands House in Reydon. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Provide general support and care to residents, including mobility and transfer assistance
* Promote social wellbeing and engagement through activities and conversations
* Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.60 for Days Shifts and £11.90 for BANK Nights
* 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends
