Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, and medication management.

You will also have the opportunity to engage our service users in various activities, such as board games, arts and crafts, and community outings. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
  • Engage service users in various activities, such as board games, arts and crafts, and community outings
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
