About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Manage a mix of key strategic accounts, including high street and specialist retailers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Conduct regular reviews of key accounts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
