Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service Lead

Job Summary
The successful post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering a high-quality Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to employees of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust and several external clients from both the private and public sectors.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace ergonomic assessments to prevent/reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury and promote good musculoskeletal health.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment as appropriate and lead the development and evaluation of the Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service in conjunction with the Occupational Health Manager.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers regarding individuals' fitness to work/return to work and participate in appropriate working groups, initiatives, and health programmes.
- Continuously evaluate and develop the Occupational Health Physiotherapy service and participate in developing and implementing relevant Occupational Health Policies and standards.
