  • Evaluate design alternatives and propose value-engineering solutions.
  • Document assumptions, assess risks and opportunities, and assist in risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to comprehend proposed methodologies and principles.

Bid Management: You will take charge of small to medium-sized bids, ensuring timely and effective production of tender deliverables, which includes:

  • Adhering to company protocols.
  • Scrutinizing tender documents and requirements.
  • Establishing and negotiating key pricing rates.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of subcontractor proposals.

Candidate Profile:

  • A professional with experience in estimating within an infrastructure main contractor environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in software applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Candy Estimating Software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Progressing towards or possessing a relevant industry chartership (e.g., ICE, CICES, RICS, CIOB) is advantageous.
