Job Title: Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager at AtkinsRéalis

As a Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping transportation, infrastructure, and energy projects while enhancing our estimating capabilities and promoting technical excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive benchmarking database to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional client service through quality assurance and regular communication.
  • Represent AtkinsRéalis on client projects and attend meetings and negotiations.
  • Deliver professional cost advice to stakeholders within AtkinsRéalis and for clients.
  • Produce accurate and detailed estimates using various methods and software independently.
  • Conduct estimating, cost planning, and assurance exercises to ensure project feasibility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Proven quantity surveying skills and deep knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Ability to convert engineering data into cost drivers.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects and cost estimation.
