Senior Estimator Opportunity

Skilled Careers Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join their team of experts in the construction industry. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately preparing the financial element of bids and producing estimates on appropriate schemes to the right net cost in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to deliver high-quality estimates and bids
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve estimating processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Estimator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the construction process and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
