About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Atherton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of our pharmacy, including staff management, reporting, stock control, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of pharmacists and support staff
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted General Pharmacy Registration with AHPRA
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
