Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud and Virtualisation Expertise: Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and virtualisation, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and data security.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and bottlenecks in the user journey, implement improvements, and measure the impact on user satisfaction and productivity.
  • Technology Transformation: Contribute to the overall plans and execution of our technology transformation strategy for key service platforms, working closely with IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Mentor and establish clear personal development plans and career paths in your team, ensuring high standards of service and addressing knowledge gaps.
Requirements
