In this role, you will be responsible for managing client communications, ensuring they have the right insurance coverage, and overseeing critical documentation.

The position starts with office-based training, followed by a flexible hybrid work arrangement. To thrive as a Commercial Insurance Specialist, you should possess:

  • Experience in the insurance field, either from a brokerage or an insurance company, along with a passion for learning
  • A solid background in customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A process-driven approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating compliant documentation that reflects new clients' insurance requirements
  • Gathering renewal terms and assessing appropriate options
  • Preparing renewal information for discussions with Account Managers
  • Coordinating all renewal quotes and mid-term adjustments for current clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely entries in the system
  • Addressing inquiries from insurers and clients, confirming coverage details
  • Processing policies and following up on outstanding documentation
  • Ensuring receipt of policy documents from insurers and verifying them before distribution
