Job Title: Transport Night Supervisor

Lenham Storage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Night Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our transport department, you will be responsible for planning and dispatching drivers and loads on time during the night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of transport operatives to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Plan and resolve overload issues.
  • Receive and respond to phone calls.
  • Manage crisis delivery situations.
  • Dispatch night loads.
  • Generate warehouse reports and communicate with the team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in planning multi-drop deliveries.
  • Knowledge of driver's regulations for planning of hours.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Excel and Word.
