About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Commis Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of food
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
* Develop your culinary skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and workshops

Training and Development:

* You will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and workshops
* You will work with industry experts to gain a deeper understanding of key areas such as preparation and cooking, flavour profiling, dish composition, and seasonality
* You will have a coach assigned to you for 1-2-1 sessions and progress reviews

Progression Opportunities:

* Once you have successfully completed this level 2 apprenticeship, you may progress into a Senior Production or Chef De Partie role
* You will have the opportunity to develop and move within our pubs, brewery, and support office
