Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Class Teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers to understand planned lessons, areas of learning, and individual children who may require additional support.
  • Cover PPA time in the afternoons, providing additional support to students in KS1 and KS2 classes.
  • Support small groups and 1-to-1 with SEN children, promoting their learning and development.
Requirements
  • Strong positive behavior management strategies.
  • A positive and caring attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Class Teachers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability when working with students.
  • Excellent communication and observation skills.
