HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Salford. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
  2. Manage employee relations by handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
  3. Support the management team in driving organisational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers and restructuring processes.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  5. Provide coaching and support to managers in areas such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  6. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure effective onboarding and induction of new employees.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.

Our client offers a competitive salary package within the range of £35,000 - £40,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. They also provide a positive work environment that promotes growth and development, supported by a dedicated HR team.
