Job Opportunity

My client, a renowned Global Technology Enterprise, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Lawyer to join its Legal Team.

In a pivotal role for this Global Technology Leader, you will report directly to the Head of Legal and oversee at least one other lawyer, providing expert legal guidance to the Executive Team on various matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technology Agreement Negotiation: Drafting and negotiating a range of technology agreements, including technology design appointments and agreements related to the procurement of technology, such as cloud services, SaaS, and IT licenses.
  • Team Management: Managing and developing junior members of the team to ensure their growth and success.
  • Contract Drafting: Drafting and negotiating logistics contracts, supply contracts, manufacturing agreements, and collaboration agreements.
  • Legal Oversight: Providing oversight on other legal issues, including those related to intellectual property, competition law, and data protection.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of post-qualification experience as a technology/outsourcing lawyer, preferably with some sell-side technology experience. You will be a well-regarded lawyer looking to make your first move in-house or an in-house lawyer seeking a new challenge.
