Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert mental health care to clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
