Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert mental health care to clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
