Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering and achieving business plans and sales objectives, working closely with the Sales Manager and team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Accurately identify and recommend parts to meet customer sales requirements.
  3. Utilize product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set by the Sales Manager.
  4. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  6. Provide a high level of service to customers through regular contact and face-to-face visits.
  7. Assist and support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service.
  8. Work with the Sales Manager and others to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
  9. Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting.
  10. Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems to search and order parts.
  11. Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  12. Deal with all cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines in the Operations Manual.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. You will be a confident and capable communicator with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You will also be a team player with the drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
