The key objective is to work in partnership with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the business delivers and achieves a service level agreement with our clients. You will ensure customer feedback and complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience working with demanding clients, able to achieve KPI's focused around a high service level agreement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the lift equipment industry and its operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
