About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Investment Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the specification and project management of investment surveys to our properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a single point of contact for the specification and project management of investment surveys
  • Establish positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality service
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to plan, contract manage and deliver annual planned and cyclical maintenance and investment surveying projects
  • Undertake building, party wall, adaptations & stock condition surveys
  • Specify and tender contracts for investment and cyclical works
  • Project manage/quality assure works undertaken by contractors
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM, HHSRS assessments, Party Walls, Aids & Adaptations, Decent Homes, and Planning/Building control
  • Full current UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • A recognised technical qualification or professional qualification in building/surveying
