About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asset Investment Surveyor to join our team at CIH International Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the specification and project management of investment surveys to our properties and assets.

The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service in accordance with our operational plans, contract requirements, and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, procure, and manage investment and cyclical works contracts.
  • Undertake building, party wall, adaptations & stock condition surveys.
  • Specify and tender contracts for investment and cyclical works.
  • Project manage/quality assure works undertaken by contractors.
  • Full current UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Essential Qualifications
  • A recognised technical qualification or professional qualification in building/surveying, e.g., RICS or CIOB.
  • Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM, HHSRS assessments, Party Walls, Aids & Adaptations, Decent Homes, and Planning/Building control.
