Residential Investment Surveyor

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Residential Investment Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the residential team, this individual will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including traditional rented homes, fully serviced apartments, and co-living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of asset management initiatives, including capital expenditure programs, new lettings, renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Develop asset management strategies for existing assets and prospective purchases.
  • Sources and evaluates new investment and development opportunities.
  • Compiles information to facilitate the acquisition/sales process.
  • Conducts market research, liaising with agents and valuers, and analyzes market reports to produce market intel and assumptions for business plans and cash flow analysis.
  • Assists in the production of board reports for the existing portfolio and investment memorandums for potential acquisitions.
Requirements:
  • Degree or similar professional qualification.
  • MRICS qualification (preferred).
  • At least two years' experience in the real estate industry.
