- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote environmental awareness.
- Provide industry-leading customer service to internal and external customers.
- Environmental degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
- Qualified in an Environmental Certificate IEMA, with proven previous experience in an operational setting.
- Continuous improvement ability and experience in simplifying processes and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
