About the Role

Driscoll's, a leading global berry company with over 100 years of experience, is expanding its presence in the UK and seeking a driven Wholesale Account Manager to join our team.

As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with key wholesale partners across various markets. You'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, innovative trade marketing initiatives, and collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive joint business plans with partner wholesalers to ensure mutual success and market penetration.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering enduring partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
  • Execute impactful trade marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts strategically, identifying opportunities for expansion and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships, expanding Driscoll's market share.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and drive new business development at the site level.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing and developing distributor relationships within the food or beverage industry.
  • A demonstrated ability to create and execute successful sales strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
