Lettings Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Hesketh James. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to drive resident occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full resident life cycle from enquiry to tenancy progression and move in, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

* Provide administrative support to the Lettings Manager, including recording and updating property systems, communicating with team members and departments, and preparing tenancy documents.

* Collaborate with the Area team to ensure a smooth transition throughout the prospect lifecycle.

* Process tenancy applications efficiently, ensuring timely referencing and compliance with legislative requirements.

* Prepare and issue Section notices as required, escalating any resident lifecycle concerns to the Lettings Manager.

* Maintain accurate records of tenancy terms and conditions, deposit registration, and renewals.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in the property sector, preferably in Lettings or Sales, with a strong background in customer service.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.

* Proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

* Confident IT skills, with experience using multiple systems simultaneously, and knowledge of Yardi and/or Hubspot is desirable.
