Lettings Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Hesketh James Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to drive resident occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full resident life cycle from enquiry to tenancy progression and move-in, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide administrative support for property-related tasks, including recording and updating in-house property systems, and communicating with relevant team members and departments.
  • Collaborate with the Area team to ensure a smooth transition throughout the prospect lifecycle.
  • Process tenancy applications efficiently, ensuring timely referencing and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and issue Section notices as required, and escalate any resident lifecycle concerns to the Lettings Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenancy terms and conditions, deposit registration, and renewals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the property sector, preferably in Lettings or Sales, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with others and form strong working relationships.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with experience working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Confident IT skills, with experience using multiple systems simultaneously, and knowledge of Yardi and/or Hubspot is desirable.
