As a Payroll Officer with Page Personnel Finance, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for a number of employees, including those who have been transferred from other companies via acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

As the Payroll Officer, you will:

  • Deliver complex payroll, pensions, and reconciliations across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to develop payroll process improvements, integrations, and automation.
  • Process HR and payroll data in a timely and accurate manner to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Resolve and provide advice on payroll queries from employees, HMRC, and other stakeholders.
  • Calculate various changes to pay, including overtime, weekend rates, and bank holiday rates.
  • Raise risks, issues, and discrepancies in a timely manner and work to find resolutions.
  • Ensure all payroll-related payments are processed and reported, and pension contributions are uploaded within deadlines.
  • Resolve pay queries and advise on payroll legislation.
