We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Ross Recruitment Associates Ltd. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly payrolls in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all P45/P46 records, calculate correct PAYE and NI contributions, SSP, SMP, RTI, and auto-enrolment.
- Process all personal deductions and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Deal with payroll queries, HMRC, and chase up important information in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong background in payroll with current knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
