About the Role
As a Transfer Agency Technical Consultant at Diligenta, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our Transfer Agency teams. You will work closely with our onshore and offshore colleagues, Voice Service Centre, and Complaints teams to ensure the smooth operation of our mutual fund services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and training to Transfer Agency teams on compliance and regulations, including COLL, COBS, CASS, and HMRC ISA Rules.
- Assist the LBG Proposition Team with product and regulation changes, improving investment processes and identifying and fixing issues.
- Design and specify requirements for BaNCS Mutual Funds, ensuring projects meet technical standards and manage risks.
- Support local and strategic projects, assessing their impact on business processes and systems, and participating in migration rehearsals, including testing and verification.
- Develop and deliver presentations on BaNCS functionality developments.
- Support BAT testing by providing product and process expertise, developing test plans, and resolving test team issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Transfer Agency, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulations.
- Familiarity with BaNCS/Diligenta or other core IT systems, and finance/accounting.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on customer service.
