Private Client Solicitor Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced private client solicitor to join our team at QED Legal. As a well-respected, family-owned and operated firm, we pride ourselves on our strong client relationships and excellent reputation within the local community and beyond.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified solicitor, CILEx, or an experienced private client practitioner with a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services. They will have a deep understanding of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, basic trusts work, and general elderly client advice.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex legal issues clearly, provide excellent client service with a friendly approach, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development. They will be organized, efficient, and have a desire to lead a department while contributing to business development efforts.
