National Quality Assurance Director

We are seeking an experienced National Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our residential construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Quality Management role, preferably with a residential developer or main contractor. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management plans, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure compliance with company best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee quality control processes throughout the construction project lifecycle, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications.
- Evaluate and select reliable vendors and suppliers of construction materials and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices.
- Identify potential quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
