About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for Line and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) maintenance services. This will involve preparing competitive quotations, driving sales, providing accurate work packs, and managing customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Enquiries and Quotations:
- Act as the single point of contact for all customer enquiries and quotations.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations for Line and AOG maintenance services.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales and business development activities to increase revenue and expand the client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's presence in the market.
- Work Pack Management:
- Provide accurate and timely work packs to customers, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work pack submissions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

- Experience in business jet maintenance and a strong understanding of the industry.
