About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Renewals Advisor to join our team at RAC Motoring Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through membership retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our members, ensuring that we meet and exceed their expectations
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, where you will deliver customer-focused solutions to retain our members
- Effectively engage with members who are renewing their membership with us, reviewing their customer memberships and promoting our differences versus competitors
- Provide great customer service to our customers through accurate record-keeping and basic customer service responsibilities
- Record member data and requests in an accurate manner using our systems

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build rapport with our members and deliver results-driven solutions. You will be a self-motivated and passionate individual who is able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
