Job Summary:

Taskmaster Resources LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a refuse truck and collecting waste from various locations on the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a refuse truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collect and transport waste from designated locations, ensuring that all waste is properly secured and handled.
  • Interact with customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid Cat C driving licence and in-date CPC card.
  • Good level of English communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and clients.
  • Experience with Roll-on, Roll-off operations and loading refuse bins.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
