Position: Business Partner für Risiko- und interne Kontrollen
Wir suchen derzeit einen Business Partner für Risiko- und interne Kontrollen, der unser Finanzteam verstärkt.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der SOx-Vorgaben; Aktualisierung über neue Änderungen und Berichtspflichten sowie Schulung im gesamten Unternehmen.
- Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen und Kontrollen durch Standardisierung und Vereinfachung, Nutzung von Automatisierung und Datenanalytik.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäfts- und IT-Funktionen zur Gewährleistung robuster Kontrollen.
- Entwicklung eines nachhaltigen ERM-Prozesses zur Bewertung, Minderung und Überwachung wesentlicher finanzieller und operationeller Risiken.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung einer Richtlinienbibliothek und von Leitfäden.
- Unterstützung des Unternehmens während interner Auditprüfungen und bei der Umsetzung von Empfehlungen.
- Einhaltung des Tarmac-Compliance-Zeitplans zur Erfüllung interner und externer Auditanforderungen.
- Vereinfachung und Rationalisierung des aktuellen Portfolios interner Kontrollen.
- Sicherstellung der SOx-Konformität während Veränderungen in Geschäfts- oder Prozessabläufen.
- Gewährleistung von Richtlinien und Verfahren in kritischen Geschäftsbereichen.
- Leitung der Behebung von Kontrollmängeln.
- Sicherstellung der Erfüllung interner und externer Auditanforderungen.
Der ideale Kandidat:
- Qualifizierter Buchhalter oder kurz vor Abschluss (ACA oder ACCA) mit Prüfungserfahrung und fundierten Kenntnissen der aktuellen Sarbanes-Oxley-Gesetzgebung.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Enterprise Risk Management.
- Praktische Kenntnisse in SAP.
- Strategisches Denken und effektive Kommunikation.
- Coaching und Durchführung von Schulungen.
- Management interner und externer Stakeholder.
- Projektmanagement.
- Termintreue.
- Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten.
