We are seeking a motivated Administrator to contribute to our operations, ideally possessing prior experience in customer service, to assist with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and compliance verification.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the recruitment sales teams, acquiring knowledge and skills that will aid your advancement within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Education Services Administrator

  • Support the education team in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards and websites.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by sending necessary documentation to them.
  • Distribute screening links to candidates as required.
  • Oversee candidate safeguarding processes, including reference checks and record updates.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate availability records in the system.
  • Manage candidate communications via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the candidate database and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Assist in organizing open days for candidates, both internally and externally.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Education Services Administrator

  • Proven experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment is essential.
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and understanding of regulated requirements, including safeguarding and DBS policies, is advantageous.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and workload prioritization skills, with the ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging through various channels.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
