Contract Administrator

My client is a leading contractor within the social housing and local authority sector.
The Contract Administrator will provide a professional administrative and customer service function while ensuring office procedures and duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires the ability to prioritise work and work under mínimal supervision alongside a team of Contract Administrators and Contract Coordinators.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with the successful delivery of contracts, for both reactive and planned works in line with
deadlines.

Provide administrative support for Contract Coordinators and the Service Delivery Manager
Research, prepare and supply information, as requested.
Allocate work and tasks for field engineers/operatives in line with schedules and programmes,
on our Works Management System (WMS).
Book in appointments over the phone and with letters with residents/ building managers for
planned works.
Raise Purchase Orders for materials and subcontractors.
Renaming and sending completed certificates/jobs.
Undertake day to day typing and administration in association with the contracts.
Maintain relevant contract tracking spreadsheets / client systems and portals.
To assist and take ownership of customer requests and queries
Pay: £23,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
