Your Role

As a key member of our Multiplatform team, you will oversee the operational aspects of our non-linear content scheduling across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations related to the scheduling of non-linear content for our various channels, ensuring compliance with partner specifications and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the Channel Planning team to maintain the integrity of our schedules and implement necessary amendments.
  • Creating and distributing promotional assets to enhance visibility across platforms.
  • Generating and sharing weekly blackout reports to track content availability.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams, including operational, technical, legal, and planning departments.
  • Reviewing and optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Working closely with the Multi-Platform Content Manager to strengthen partnerships with editorial and operations teams across platforms.
  • Ensuring our content achieves maximum impact by exploring merchandising opportunities.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape in VOD to refine programming strategies that drive audience engagement.
  • Utilizing data analytics to inform new programming initiatives aimed at optimizing viewer experience.
  • Supporting the implementation of new platforms and VOD initiatives alongside the Multi-Platform Content Manager.
  • Managing Nickelodeon's Download-To-Own services to maximize revenue potential.
  • Promoting a collaborative culture within the organization.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Paramount channels, fostering a positive internal and external image.
  • Embracing and promoting our core values to cultivate an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content planning and programming, preferably within the UK market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic content plans across various platforms while meeting commercial objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of rights management and broadcast regulatory requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with Nickelodeon brands and their competitive landscape.
  • Ability to analyze research data and understand audience consumption patterns.
  • Strategic awareness of market trends and developments in non-linear platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external partners.
