Responsibilities

Reviewing and preparing remittances Ensuring accurate and timely application of payments Collaborating as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets Addressing internal and external inquiries Delivering excellent customer service Cultivating relationships with account contacts and internal departments Ensuring payment compliance with agreements Generating excel reports and monthly statements

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level Exceptional attention to detail Effective communication skills Strong work ethic and a positive mindset Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of organization and time management skills Prior debt management experience is advantageous but not mandatory

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum based on experience
