About the RoleWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Staines, N.W Surrey. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis for the Dairy Consumer Foods business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and consolidating monthly reporting packs, collating commentary, reviewing insights and trends, and preparing and circulating weekly performance reports.
Key Responsibilities- Support with coordinating and consolidating monthly reporting packs for circulation to senior leadership teams
- Collate commentary and review insights and trends
- Prepare and circulate weekly performance reports for senior leadership teams
- Flash reporting and flash variance analysis
- Support on financial projects and system testing as required by the business
- Ensure all Commercial users have the correct access - Pricing/TPM/Dispute Management & MDG
- Maintenance and management of access control tables for SAP pricing and TPMs
- Review any user issues with ICT or EPM teams and understand root cause
- Support with ICT audits of user access
- Maintenance and management of approval workflows for pricing, TPMs, and dispute management
- Profit centre derivation rules maintenance in SAP/GTM
- Request setup of new profit centres and changes to existing profit centres
- Review and governance of hierarchy structures used in GTM and MDP reporting
- CIMA/ACCA qualification
- Good Excel skills
- Understanding of SAP (desirable)
