Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to support our customers in the design, manufacture, and supply of tactical military bridges and other related engineering services. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing military vehicles and equipment, as well as providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair military vehicles and equipment on-site and in the field
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure compliance with Company technical service and statutory regulations
  • Deploy independently to customer sites and manage facilities in collaboration with technical teams
  • Deliver training tasks and customer care services
  • Generate work breakdown structures, cost estimates, and performance specifications
Requirements
  • C&G Heavy Vehicle Repair level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Military vehicle technical/maintenance experience (desirable)
  • Driving licence Class C (HGV2) minimum (desirable)
  • Experience in vehicle inspection, maintenance, and repair, ideally in the field of military equipment, heavy commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or specialist vehicle manufacture
  • Skill and experience in the operation of automotive diagnostic equipment, diagnostic fault finding, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of English language, written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of German language (desirable)
  • Good PC skills, particularly with common MS Office applications
