Hastings Hotels, a family-owned luxury hotel group in Northern Ireland, is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to lead our reception team as a Front Office Manager at the exclusive Grand Central Hotel.
As a key member of our team, you will be supported by our inspiring General Manager, Jake McHugh, and will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of our busy hotel reception. We offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy reception environment and will be able to lead, motivate, and support their team members to achieve success. You can expect to work 35 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends. As Front Office Manager, you will have a flexible approach to working patterns, which may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
