Hastings Hotels, a family-owned luxury hotel group in Northern Ireland, is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to lead our reception team as a Front Office Manager at the exclusive Grand Central Hotel.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of our busy hotel reception, working closely with our inspiring General Manager, Jake McHugh. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take advantage of our extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy reception environment and be able to lead, motivate, and support their team members to achieve success. You can expect to work 35 hours per week, five shifts out of seven, including weekends. As Front Office Manager, you will have a flexible approach, with working patterns including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
The salary for this exciting position starts from £31,000 per annum, and you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including free staff meals, employee discounts, 29 days holiday plus your birthday, and opportunities for career progression and development.
