Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to support the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service with data analysis and reporting for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex data interrogation and statistical analysis to identify trends, exceptions, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality information in a timely manner to support operational and performance management.
  • Lead on reporting KPIs and service standards, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.
  • Develop reporting solutions and analysis for initiatives, extracting and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Support bidding for new service opportunities and provide information support for the Trust.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience in report production and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in data collection, analysis, and presentation, with a strong understanding of Trust services and strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to present and report information effectively.
  • Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations, with a strong analytical and judgement skillset.
