We're seeking a Change Manager to join our PMO team, reporting directly to the Head of PMO. The PMO team consists of Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Testing Specialists, Product Owners, and Business Partnering disciplines, central to the delivery of the NCFE strategic vision.
As Change Manager, you'll work with business change ambassadors and stakeholders across NCFE to ensure business readiness and acceptance of change from major programmes of work.
You'll also be responsible for monitoring the impact of change and leveraging it for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing and understanding the impact of change
- Aligning resources within the business to accept change
- Ensuring business readiness to accept change
- Reducing time to implement change and accelerating embedding and realisation of associated benefits
- Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- A recognised change management certification
- An excellent understanding of how individuals and organisations go through a change and the change process
- Excellent demonstrable understanding of recognised change models
- Demonstrable experience of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement as a result of change
- Experience of identifying opportunities and implementing plans to further leverage business benefits as a result of change
- Experience of working on business change and transformation programmes
- Annual leave starting at 25 days and increasing up to 30 days with length of service
