Operational Resilience Manager Role

Barclay Simpson is partnering with a unique Financial Services entity to bring on an Operational Resilience Manager for their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Operational Resilience to join a supported and well-resourced function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing delivery of the Ops Res Strategy
  • Map, scenario test, measure impact tolerances, and present governance group updates and reports
  • Manage third-party relationships and assist with DORA (training will be provided)
  • Develop and maintain the Ops Res framework

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Operational Resilience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of TPRM
  • DORA knowledge is desirable but not essential
