Job Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Medicine of the Elderly

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Acute Medicine of the Elderly. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our innovative frailty model.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to older adults with complex conditions and acute delirium.
  • Work collaboratively with our dynamic multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest level of care possible.
  • Develop and maintain skills and knowledge in Medicine of the Elderly through our specialist competency framework.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our frailty model, ensuring seamless transitions of care for our patients.
Requirements:
  • Acute hospital experience and a passion for working in Medicine of the Elderly.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
