Role Overview: As a Collaborative Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all initiatives are executed in a secure and compliant manner, adhering to CDM regulations. Your primary focus will be on fostering and sustaining enduring partnerships with our essential supply chain collaborators to effectively deliver planned investments, significant repair undertakings, and responsive maintenance services, all aimed at providing a cohesive service aligned with shared principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to performance analytics and participate in performance evaluations with our partners, facilitating constructive feedback and proactive measures to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Investigate and address construction-related issues to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Ideally, candidates should possess an HND or an equivalent professional credential in construction, housing, management, or property.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in managing customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with housing management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing long-term collaborative contracts.
  • Proven track record in delivering responsive maintenance and service charge solutions.
